Sound and Vision

Digital direct listed my camcorder as in

Digital direct listed my camcorder as in stock both on their own website and on Kelkoo.

The day after I placed my order I got an email that said the item would take 5-6 weeks to deliver, because the item was out of stock not only from digital direct, but also from the manufacturer.

I then phoned the company pretending I wanted to buy the same camcorder. The guy said it was sold out "yesterday" and would be back in within 2 weeks(!).

I then phoned customer care who confirmed it would take 5-6 weeks, at which point I cancelled my order.

The only good thing about them was that I could cancel my order easily, but I will never use them again - cowboys.
