Sound and Vision

They don t answer their emails - I sent

They don t answer their emails - I sent several before I took the plunge and bought. All were ignored except the last one saying: Why don t you answer your emails? and then the reply was to ring them.
That aside, ordering was easy, email confirmation received immediately. Another email received when the tv was Scheduled for Delivery . The one thing I would have liked is a Despatched email teling me when to expect my delivery. Instead I had to ring to check.
Ordered Friday, received the following Thursday, and I m very satisfied overall. The price was excellent, and the tv is great, no problems.
I would definitely buy from Digital Direct again without hesitation.
