Sound and Vision

Getting hold of a 32" LCD TV from JVC

Getting hold of a 32" LCD TV from JVC was the easy part. As per other comments, helpful, friendly, and on time delivery. However, the TV has a sound fault. So far they refuse to refund my money even though the TV has already spent 7 weeks away for 'repair'. I am now involving trading standards due to the fact that they will not refund my money. Proceed with caution with this company as the after sales attitude when/if you get a fault is little short of woeful.
