Seriously - steer well clear! I Bought 2

Seriously - steer well clear! I Bought 2 items from this store on seperate occaisions. The first item was fine, but the second item was faulty. Returning the product for a refund was a nightmare. Very long wait on the phone lines every time you call. You are greeted by unprofessional, unhelpful staff every time. Very aggressive attitude and low morale. They kept back the refund as long as possible like they need to keep hold of the money. I wouldn't be surprised if they go bust soon. Beware.
