Web site excellent. Called to check stock and order on a Saturday and asked if delivery could be Tuesday. The sales person was very polite and knowledgeable and very efficient in processing my order. The TV (32WL66) was delivered on the Tuesday as promised. An all round excellent experience of on line shopping, exactly how we all would hope it to be.
