Sound and Vision

Would NEVER buy from them again!

Would NEVER buy from them again! DON'T be taken in. They are great on sales BUT when you have a problem as we have had with an intermittent fault on a 4 month old LCD TV they just aren't interested. Their customer care service is none existent and they have offered no help only than to reiterate their terms and conditions which state that if the fault can't be found they will charge us for wasting their time!! I would NEVER buy from them again.
