Dear Sir, Apart from a delivery

Dear Sir,

Apart from a delivery problem. Twice they called and twice
I was elsewhere. I have nothing but praise for the ease of
purchase having first selected the DVD Recorder that had
my requirements.
I then spent a day working out what went where(bearing in
mind that I`m a 74 year old techno-phobic.)
All in all a good first time On-line buyer.
