Unfortunately the product I ordered wasn

Unfortunately the product I ordered wasn t in stock, but the store phoned me to let me know, and to let me know when the item would be available for dispatch. Unfortunately, it meant I wouldn t get the headphones in time for my holiday so I cancelled the order. But no quibble and I would use this store again.
