Sound and Vision

Great service. Ordered a 37"

Great service. Ordered a 37" Toshiba TV on Saturday evening, delivered on Wednesday.

Received a call to tell me delivery day - If I'd known it might be possible I would have asked for a call when the driver was 1 hour from my home like a previous 'poster', as it would have saved me missing a days work. Still, no complaints.

Asked if I needed any additional leads/cables etc (I didn't) and an offer to 'talk me through' setting up process if necessary.

I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, all round brilliant service. Very good customer service skills.
