The ordering process went very smoothly.

The ordering process went very smoothly. Only thing missing from the website is tracking information. I did call Customer Service to get an update on when the delivery might occur, and they didn t seem too knowledgeable. I received two different answers and was told that the courier service would call me prior to arranging delivery. Luckily, I work at home at the moment, so I happened to be in when the delivery occurred. Excellent price and quick delivery (within 3-5 business days!) for our LCD TV. I d recommend them so long as you re flexible enough on the delivery. It worked for us this time.
