Ordering was simple enough although the website could be better designed. I waited 3 weeks without any correspondence. I had to chase Sound & Vision for progress regarding my order. They made false promises and when the Plasma was finally delivered, I was not informed with the statutory 2 day notice. The delivery driver called me when he was at my front door and I had to return home to accept delivery. He was not best pleased and neither was I. Customer service was poor enough from my experience, so I wouldn't like to put it to a real test judging from some of the reviews I've read. They may be cheap, but it shows.
