BEWARE, do not use: If you want a company who can make promises, lie and never once apologise, have a disgusting lack of after sales care and can take 2 months to fail in delivering your goods then use Sound & Vision. Their website said goods were in stock (42" LG Television)on the 20 August '08 but once money exchanged there was no stock for three weeks. The TV eventually arrived but was faulty and had to be returned. One month later, and many,many phone calls on my behalf and promises of replenished stock, I cancelled the order and I am still waiting for my money back, as at 20th Oct '08. Not once was there an apology (they blamed LG)or any contact from them to give us an estimated time of delivery or a status report after the TV was returned. Good luck in contacting the numerous departments, you will find many people who are rude,abrubt,who do not listen (giving them your Postcode is a nightmare!), will promise matters are in hand or pass the buck to the next deptartment. I am very disapointed with Sound & Vision and will never reccommend them.
