I found 2 suppliers offering the same

I found 2 suppliers offering the same product at around £20 less but when I called to confirm availabilty (although shown as in stock on their sites) I was given vague waffle about 'expecting a delivery next week and delivery 4/5 working days after that'. Sound & Vision said they had the product in stock and could deliver next day. Sure enough, the following afternoon the TV was delivered. I'm happy to pay a small premium for good service and that was what I got.
