Having been let down by several

Having been let down by several retailers, I decided to call PRC as they make the phone number very visable. They sales consultant did a stock check immediately, and confirmed they had several in, so I ordered a Sony 20 inch TV, and decided to go for the premium delivery, as their product price was so cheap. I ordered at 11am, and the TV was there by 9am the next day.
Just what you need, fast, cheap and staffed by humans who know what they are doing.
