BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE ,I WISH I DID !!!! I ordered a alphason stand in black. After seven days i phoned to be told order was being sent out next day for delivery ,had to take day off for delivery only to find item was wrong colour ,phoned soundandvision to be told sales made an error in the order (was never told item out of stock ,never asked if i would like alternative colour ,never given a chance to cancel) Just billed for the wrong one . After two days emailed to ask exactly when correct stand will be delivered and incorrect one taked away ,recieved message to say supplyer out of stock till end of november ,so sent order cancellation .Three days later get message to phone them to be told stock came in the same day i cancelled if i still want one but due to computer problems (keeps crashing only in customer sevices dept ,not sales !), order may take some time to be sorted .
I dont believe a word they say .
