I ordered a tv and was told it would be

I ordered a tv and was told it would be delivered on wednesday. Tv never turned after waiting all day phoned the company did not seem bothered at all ,said it was the couriers fault, phoned the courier and was told that they were not given an address to deliver too. Still not recieved the follwing day, - do not order if amtrak is delivering.
