Very unhappy with the servie. I was informed that my LCD TV would be delivered on Thursday, however it never turned up. called the customer service, they say the tv had just reach them and the earliest date thay can deliver was Monday. No message, email or any phone call even they can not deliver which let me wait at home for the whole day like a idiot because i can not go anywhere since they may come in anytime. The staff won't even say a single word for appology! Very rude!
