I am very dissapointed with sound &

I am very dissapointed with sound & vision and their so called customer services this is the second time i have experienced problems with my JVC lcd tv, they expect my family to go without a tv for a prelonged period of time with no replacment, for the amount of money you spend on a television you expect good customer services like those you recieve from other companies. I am gutted with myself purchising the box from sound & vision when the same lcd was available from Costco for £20 more and offered with a 3 year guarantee (they dont mess you about) i would strongly recommend going to a shop you can trust to sort any problems out when they do arise, NOT SOUND & VISION.
