Bought an LCD TV with trepidation, as it was the first high value order with an internet company. Was very impressed with the price, as it was a just-released model that was £100 cheaper than on the high street, and most high street shops didn't have this model yet. Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, and goods arrived in perfect condition.

Only interaction with customer care was a reply to their email that the delivery would be in 3 days time. This was very good news, but a bit short notice to re-arrange any appointments. I had another appointment on that morning, so emailed back to advise them that I would only be home after 11 am. By the due delivery day I had not had a reply confirming this would be OK, so put a note on the door with my contact details. Sure enough, the courier arrived at 9:50 am.
