i can only say that i have dealt with sound and vision for over 10yrs,my last purchase from them was a hitachi plasma the 42pd7200.when i phoned the store
i was looking for the 42pd3200,but got great informed advice from the sales staff,i wanted a plasma that was H D ready,and was pointed in the right direction.always had really good service and advice.Delivery on time,and good support when setting up.
