On this web site the same problems with this company go back to July 2005. Do Heads of sales for these companies not review these sites? I certainly wish I had read the reviews before working with this company. In this instance cheapest price does not translate into good service. I am envious of all the transactions that appear to have gone well. I strongly recommend that if you do take the plunge that you telephone regularly (note the name of the person you speak with), do not assume what they say over the phone is correct (ask for written confirmation) and speak with a manager to obtain clarification.
