very competetive price for tv.BUT took

very competetive price for tv.BUT took the maximum 7 days for delivery-didn't arrive on the day.I had to phone them to find out what was up.Due to staffing problems there had been a mix-up.I was to be called the next day with an urgent new delivery date.I had to call again two days later to find out what was up,to be told there was a new delivery day,but no-one had told me!I had to hurredly make other plans to accomodate the new date at short notice. Shame,really,given the good prices.
