At first this company delivered on time

At first this company delivered on time but then the real them visited.I had a problem with the product,which had been a present.It was returned to them after the 14 days on their terms and conditions but it was explained to them why.They could not find the fault and blamed it on compatability issues.I told them I did not want the item back as it was no use.They ignored all my phone calls,my 4 e-mails and then not only returned the product unexpectedly but are now wanting to charge me for the privelage of owning something I cannot use! I would not touch them with a barge pole ever again,nor will anyone I speak to about this
