You have been warned, keep well clear of this mob!
I spent a LOT of money on a complete home cinema kit with this shower & have never been treated so badly. One component of my kit had to be ordered in, they took my money (several Thousand pounds) & I then waited 4 weeks & had to make many phone calls to check if it had come into stock. BEWARE, do not use: If you want a company who can make promises, lie and never once apologise, have a disgusting lack of after sales care and can take 2 months to fail in delivering your goods then use Sound & Vision. I found 2 suppliers offering the same product at around £20 less but when I called to confirm availabilty (although shown as in stock on their sites) I was given vague waffle about 'expecting a delivery next week and delivery 4/5 working days after that'. Ordered a 42" jvc lcd , recieved the tv and the picture had a black blur around moving pictures , So i phoned jvc , they told me that they dont recomend there lcd tvs for fast moving pictures . it was that bad that even chat shows had a black blur around the mouths of people speaking . Having been let down by several

Having been let down by several retailers, I decided to call PRC as they make the phone number very visable. They sales consultant did a stock check immediately, and confirmed they had several in, so I ordered a Sony 20 inch TV, and decided to go for the premium delivery, as their product price was so cheap. I ordered at 11am, and the TV was there by 9am the next day.

I ordered a tv and was told it would be delivered on wednesday. Tv never turned after waiting all day phoned the company did not seem bothered at all ,said it was the couriers fault, phoned the courier and was told that they were not given an address to deliver too. I was informed that my LCD TV would be delivered on Thursday, however it never turned up. called the customer service, they say the tv had just reach them and the earliest date thay can deliver was Monday. It took 5 working days from placing the

It took 5 working days from placing the order to delivery, and that included signing the credit agreement. I received an e-mail from V12 confirming credit had been arranged and then an e-mail from sales@soundandvision.uk.com telling me they would deliver in 2 days time. Amtrack delivered at 11 am on the stated day. And the Panasonic TX-26LXD70 is brilliant!
