I ordered a Christmas present on 25 November. I am still waiting for this to be delivered. I have had no response to any of my three emails and there is no other way to contact them. I would not recommend using this website at all. The 'customer service' is a joke. Is it really such a surprise to them that they are busier than normal at Christmas???? I agree with the other reviews here that the service is terrible. I placed an order 5 days ago and have yet to receive an order confirmation although the money has been debited from my bank account. I cannot even log into my account to check the status of the order. I can quite honestly say they are the worst online company I have ever dealt with and wanted to warn others. Have been waiting for over three weeks for my order which I paid express delivery for and still no sign of it. Not only that you can no longer speak to a human being and can only communicate via email to which no one responds to. I have sent 3 emails now together with a letter of complaint ... Would not recommend internet shopping

Would not recommend internet shopping with River Island, delivery is extremely slow, so is getting credits. If goods are not available you are not told, so you are left waiting to receive them. On a good note, when you phone and talk to staff, they are extemely helpfull. Read Full Review »
