River Island has a good range of clothes in at the moment with all the latest catwalk fashions, Clothes may be a lil expensive for what they are but they are totally worth it! Clothes are great right now and staff

Clothes are great right now and staff are generally helpful in real stores. Utterly crap website, though. Probably the worst I've ever been in.

Absolutely pathetic.

To just display a message "your browser needs to be updated to view this web site" is unnaceptable.

I have used two different browsers, both of which are the most up to date versions. This is a shame because I quite like the river island products.

If I could get into the web site I'm sure it would be great but as it says I need a javascript update to do so without any hints on how to get it I'm a bit stuffed! The River Island online website as at 03/01/2006 is currently reporting it is not accepting new orders online, nor in response to emails do they offer help on tracking down an item of stock. I am sure things will improve, but clearly room for improvement from a customer care point of view.
