Before Xmas tried for 2 months to place

Before Xmas tried for 2 months to place order kept getting error message when tried to process payment by anyone of 6 different cards ranging from Debit to Visa to Mastercard all different lenders.

For no apparent reason system started working again. Only to find two months later same problem has resurfaced.

I've called and checked and was told there's no problem with my river island store card. I also tried to place order using credit card but same thing happen. I placed an order in the middle of November, it never turned up, first of all they inadvertently accused me of lying about receiving the order, then finally put an investigation in place which they said would take 28 days. I am amazed at how poor the ordering system is .
I have tried to place an order at least 15 times in the past week and due to " an overwhelming demand " on the site I am told to log out and try again .
I was contacted via e.mail fairly quickly but they couldnt solve the problem. No phone number so they obviously are unhappy to talk to people.

My wife has ordered twice from the river

My wife has ordered twice from the river island website. On the first occasion the goods were delivered to the other side of the country, and then were sent to another location in the country, but not us. It took about 12 phone calls to sort it out, and we eventually received items very late.

Also phone numbers are not listed on the site and we had to get the number from another source.
