The River Island online website as at 03/01/2006 is currently reporting it is not accepting new orders online, nor in response to emails do they offer help on tracking down an item of stock. I am sure things will improve, but clearly room for improvement from a customer care point of view. Previous orders have been dealt with reasonabily well and the actual shops on the high street are good to.
