i tryed to order a dress with express

i tryed to order a dress with express delivery which came to a total of £56.25,each time i put my card details in it said payment unsucessful,so i tryed 11 more times,each time getting a diffrent order number,eventually i give up!!the day after my bank balance was down £500!!i rang the bank and they told me river island had taken 7 separate transactions!!for 7 dresses!!i couldnt belive it,i am now way over drawn with bank charges on top,and river island are being very unhelpful and no one seems to know were my money is??i would advise people to steer clear of this site as it is fraudulant and dangerous..when ill get my money back i just dont know but i certainly wont be orderinfg from here again.oh and how could i forget that at the end of all this i still have no dress!!what a joke this company are
