Returns service and refunding is very

Returns service and refunding is very very poor, on the website they say as soon as the parcel/item has been returned they will imediately refund the money to the card account you used to purchase the item.
12 days later im still waiting, and have had no reply to my e-mail inquiry.
Its very annoying, i guess the best way to return items is take them to a store and get an instant refund, but i dont want to visit the store ,which is why i used online shopping in the first place, and i want a quick reliable service, i do not want to have to chase after my money!!! ( be sure to keep proof of postage on returned items and be prepared to wait and wait for your money back) IM STILL WAITING!
