Have ordered a few times before and been

Have ordered a few times before and been completely satisfied with my orders, until last night! Got to the end of my transaction and told me it was unsuccessful, tried a few more times still said unsuccessful. Looked at my bank account the next morning and I have had three orders waiting to be debited from my account and haven't even received confirmation of the purchase. My bank can't stop these transactions going through and I can't personally speak to anyone at River Island. This company is a joke! Still have not received an email reply after a day! Will be buying items in store from now on!!
