River Island

I tried to place order online since last

I tried to place order online since last year november and it keeps giving me error messages saying 'transaction not accepted'. I've called and checked and was told there's no problem with my river island store card. I also tried to place order using credit card but same thing happen. I have no problem using my same credit card at other website at all. Also called the customer care of river island and was told there's no problem with their website. The problem never solved until now. I suggest they should just close the website as this is really a terrible website i've ever seen!
