I placed an order in the middle of

I placed an order in the middle of November, it never turned up, first of all they inadvertently accused me of lying about receiving the order, then finally put an investigation in place which they said would take 28 days. They are uncontactable by phone, you have to email, it takes 24 hours for them to reply and it's a different person each time. I was eventually phoned (after roughly 10 emails and lots of complaining) and promised it would be tied up in a matter of days and i would either have my order or a full refund, then would be able to reorder with free express delivery and a 20% discount. It has now been over 28 days and they have not contacted me, i have emailed them and they finally replied an hour ago saying they would contact me after 28 days... its been about 33 and the deadline for ordering to get xmas delivery has passed. The items i ordered are mostly out of stock (all xmas presents for people) and i have phoned customer services who have again said the mail order are uncontactable and there isn't much they can do. Fab!
DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH THEM!
