River Island

I am amazed at how poor the ordering

I am amazed at how poor the ordering system is .
I have tried to place an order at least 15 times in the past week and due to " an overwhelming demand " on the site I am told to log out and try again .
I was contacted via e.mail fairly quickly but they couldnt solve the problem. No phone number so they obviously are unhappy to talk to people.
The only reason that I keep trying is that I like the clothes .
VERY FRUSTRATED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
