River Island

My wife has ordered twice from the river

My wife has ordered twice from the river island website. On the first occasion the goods were delivered to the other side of the country, and then were sent to another location in the country, but not us. It took about 12 phone calls to sort it out, and we eventually received items very late.

Also phone numbers are not listed on the site and we had to get the number from another source.

On the other occasion the goods for another customer were sent to us instead of ours, along with them came a ticket with all of the other customer's address details and telephone number!

These orders were made about 2-3 between them so obviously the service was not improved.

I would NOT recommend online ordering with River Island.
