I can quite honestly say they are the worst online company I have ever dealt with and wanted to warn others. Have been waiting for over three weeks for my order which I paid express delivery for and still no sign of it. Not only that you can no longer speak to a human being and can only communicate via email to which no one responds to. I have sent 3 emails now together with a letter of complaint and still heard nothing. They are only too happy to take your money but then not deliver the goods. Can safely say I'll never use River Island again.
