They have a policy for the three days after Christmas not to process any returns or exchanges. Returns service and refunding is very very poor, on the website they say as soon as the parcel/item has been returned they will imediately refund the money to the card account you used to purchase the item.
12 days later im still waiting, and have had no reply to my e-mail inquiry.

Sadly their on-line shopping does not compare to the high standard of their retail shops. If an item does not arrive it is a long drawn out process. They have no telephone number to contact them. Their e-mails are mainly automated. I have waited 5 weeks to be refunded and then postaage seems to be deducted. So no item, many e-mails and out of pocket. Read Full Review »

I didnt know you could order online till i got the internet my life is quite hectic with having a child and working so its much easier to shop online and river island is one of my all time favourite shops so was really happy. i thought the process of ordering was easy and it was all set out well.
