    Bought a toner 30th Nov. No contact until 5 days later when I rang. "Sorry, been busy and will get it out to you for Saturday". Waited until Tuesday and was told non in stock.     I ordered six cartridges from printerinks on 22nd March. When they still hadn't arrived after a week I rang them & was told they would be redispatched. I have yet to receive them oer two weeks after the order.I have tried around 10 times to phone them - each time being on hold for over 10 miniutes but unable to get through.I have tried e-mailing them & can get no response.
