Had my camera stolen last week so needed a new camera for my holidays. Did a bit of research and decided on a Panasonic DMC FX01. Used kelkoo to find a suitable supplier and went with 'BUYaCAMERA'.

Purchased a Sony HDCam with this company, although it was some £30 more expensive than a couple of the others (such as Pixmania). However, after reading the reviews I decided to pay extra as the company seemed to be trying hard and the cheaper pricing from the other companies seem to be reflected in problematic orders.

I ordered my camera quite easily through the website but was not ready for the complete disaster that was their attempt at a delivery. They even put the blame on City Link when quite clearly they had incorrectly labelled the box and City Link had labelled it correctly.
