Purchased an Olympus camera which quickly developed a fault, buyacamera were not prepared to refund or replace only offer a repair! suggested that I sent camera back to Olympus! Very poor service wouldn't buy from them again. Read Full Review »

Ordered a camera, excellent ordering site and delivered to required address without delay. Problem encountered with contents of box, manual missing and camera in unreadable foreign language. Have asked buyacamera for manuals and awaiting their response.

My item was fine but the delivery was a nightmare. The facility on website to deliver to place of work address did not work and my subsequent email was ignored. The order number I was given did not work with the delivery agents online tracking facility. Confirmation email said "if you have a problem tell us about it" but when I did staff were dismissive and unhelpful. Read Full Review »

Overall excellent, placed the order online for a digital camera and printer (both in stock) late Monday night and it arrived first thing Wednesday morning. Very well packaged all together so only charged the lesser packaging fee. Website was very clear and easy to use, no need for any customer care at this stage (obviously) but thus far very pleased overall and would highly recommend them. Read Full Review »

I cannot recommend this store. They dispatched a camera to me that was damaged & faulty, and then charged me a restocking fee when I returned! I now have to take them to the Small Claims court to get my money back. They were extremely unhelpful and dicurteous when I contacted them. So, for appalling customer service, they get just one star.
