This shop made me very unsure of internet shopping (and I have got quite a lot of experience). The customer service is absolutely poor. The registration at the start to start buying was a waste of time.
I had trouble with the delivery and the customer service was terrible, not very easy to contact and very rude when eventually somebody would answer the phone.

I would stay as far away as possible from this shop. The customer service is a nightmare when you are lucky enough to be able to speak to them because they seem to be always engaged and there is a recorded voice that just tells you to try later. Excellent service and excellent value. Slight "self inflicted" mistake when entering credit card details was quickly resolved through customer services. Regular emails kept me fully informed on all stages of the purchase. Can't think of a negative comment. Read Full Review »
