Very difficult to gel hold of somebody

Very difficult to gel hold of somebody from customer service, phone always engaged, you can't leave a message and if you write an email they take ages to answer. There is not communication between departments, so you end up receiving email that are not updated in relation to your situation..

By the awy, I've never received my item and they charged me for delivery, I really wanted to contact traiding standards for the appauling service and the waste of money but I don't have any more time to waste...I'm warning you, just because I wish somebody would have done the same with me!
