Goods (cordless phones) arrived promptly.
One handset was faulty. Customer service hours by phone weren't as advertised on website (9-5), but recorded messages kept you informed of when customer service would be available again, and these messages were reliable. Customer service was courteous and effective. Working replacement handset was received promptly by recorded delivery.
