Fiasco.com is a better name. Placed an order for every appliance for my new kitchen in November and was told I was in plenty of time and assured of delivery 1st week December. Biasco has the worst customer service ever. They lie, don't deliver when they say they will, claim products are in stock when they are not and take their time to pay back money when you have to cancel your order because they can't deliver - "up to 28 days" after 4 days, I'm still waiting. We ordered a cooker - it took a month to arive as it was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. When it arrived the box had been damaged, the cooker was dented and the front glass control panel was shattered. It sat in our hall for another month waiting to be collected. Sink & taps did not arrive within the 10

Sink & taps did not arrive within the 10 working day promise. It was impossible to get in touch with customer services to find out when delivery was likely (on one call I was at queue position 4 for over an hour). When i submitted the order they gave the

I called after two weeks to get an eta only to find that they couldn't commit themselves for another couple of weeks. Note that 'In stock' doesn't mean in stock at Biasco but rather at the manufacturers and even this is not reliable.

I ordered because and item was marked as in stock. On completion of the order I was informed that delivery would be within 10 days.

On calling to confirm this I was told that it would be not less than days.
