i am an electrical retailer in the northwest and have been told that they have gone into administration at 10am on 23rd december again second time this year!!
biasco are now owned by rtd who i presume have gone bump too..
suggestion used your local independant retailer,the prices may be higher but you get a much better service when things go wrong.
