I ordered a cooker hood on the 01.12.08

I ordered a cooker hood on the 01.12.08 and am chasing the order today the 15.12.08 as it was supposed to be delivered within 10 days . I am typing this whilst holding on the phone I have moved up from position 3 to position 1 on the queue list - Time 1 hour 20 mins and still holding .
