Placed an order for a Neff Built in Gas

Placed an order for a Neff Built in Gas Hob on the 21st November 2008. Received confirmation that delivery will take place week commencing 1st December 2008. Rang on the 13th December 2008 and they informed me that the product was out of stock untill January. So much for their customer care promise. They certainly do not inform you of progress. Probably, low paid un-interested staff typical of these sort of warehouses. Shame about their big promises!
