Very disappointed customer, rubbish

Very disappointed customer, rubbish customer service, do not order anything as it end up costing you money. It seems all they do is take your money, hold it then refund it 6 weeks later once you have to cancel your order due to having no stock. Seems everyone is experiencing the same problem with Biasco. Easy to place order, pay on line, given a estimated delivery date only to then not hear a thing. You then try & call them, they don't answer phone, don't return messages, they do eventually return emails only then to be told no items in stock & you are then given an estimated delivery date 3 weeks later. Most people end up cancelling their order, I am still awaiting a refund from 6 weeks ago. I purchased my taps from another internet supplier which were delivered in 2 days.
