I ordered all of my kitchen appliances

I ordered all of my kitchen appliances from Biasco (which was very easy) based on them saying that all were in stock and would definitely be delivered within 7-10 days, which would have coincided nicely with my new kitchen installation. They took my order and my money but when I called them after 7 days, I found that they were not due to send out my appliances for a further 3 weeks and nobody bothered to call me to let me know. If they had let me know I would have sourced my appliances elsewhere. I was offered alternative products but they were clearly not up to the same standard as the ones I had ordered. The built in Microwave was not even the same size as the one I had ordered so I am not quite sure how that would have qualified as a valid alternative without redesigning part of my kitchen at the last moment.

I would avoid Biasco unless you're happy to wait around for weeks for your delivery and don't want to be kept informed about any delays.
