Ordered 2 items, a sink and hob. On

Ordered 2 items, a sink and hob. On ordering I was informed someone would contact me regarding delivery, nobody did, but at least the sink arrived directly from manufacturer after 5 days. Then on phoning about hob was told it was out of stock with manufacturer, so I asked to cancel and told my card would be refunded. Waited over a week wthout receiving refund phoned again only to be told this is handled by accounts and could take 10-28 working days. I'm not impressed, this company takes payment straight away for goods they can't deliver and then are ridiculously slow to refund. I would say beware with BIASCO who also trade as RTD as they don't seem to hold any stock but take your money straight away.

Found the hob in stock with Redhill Appliances and collected it myself the next day.
